Intergenerational Conflict HIRE + Retention

Intergenerational Conflict

Most companies have at least three generations represented in their workforce. With older generations looking to retire and younger generations rapidly entering the workplace, there is a growing lack of understanding. This lack creates communication dysfunctions, stereotyping of workers that creates more conflict, and an overall dearth of solutions to bridge gaps.

Our firm is composed of baby boomers, x-gen, and millennials, each of whom are trained to work with every generation to provide understanding. We think understanding individual differences and uniqueness is the first step to identify synergies with other generations and create a functioning multigenerational workplace.
