Relationships between family members (with all accompanying baggage) can result in obvious downsides for the organization: disharmonies or conflicts are applied to the business, affecting even non-family members and creating significant risk for the business.
We got our start working in family businesses and have since helped dozens of families set boundaries to collaborate well in business and improve family relationships.
